What stands out – both good and bad
The waterfront location was delightful! Plus, the Treehouse restaurant offered a fantastic breakfast experience with friendly staff.
Though the older building showed its age, with some noisy doors and poorly maintained areas. The check-in process seemed disorganized.

The room was super spacious and had a nice ocean view. Bed was really comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was a great big screen TV too! The only downside was a bit of street noise at night. The place felt clean and modern, especially in the refurbished areas. I enjoyed having a balcony, which added to the chill vibes.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay with great views and a welcoming staff. The hotel had comfortable rooms, and dining options were delicious but could be on the pricier side. A mix-up with room types was frustrating, yet service recovery was appreciated.

Had a great time with friends! The fitness center and dining options made our stay enjoyable. We explored the barrier reef and went on diving tours, which were unforgettable. The location is perfect for both activities and relaxation, with spacious pool areas and fantastic food. Definitely recommend checking out the local spots nearby.
One downside was that the staff initially couldn't find our reservation, which caused a delay at check-in.
